A Little About Me

I started my own fitness journey after college when I found myself overwhelmed with weight gain and personal challenges. I decided to make positive changes and embrace a healthy lifestyle, balanced with physical activity. After losing over 75 pounds, I knew I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals.


After my first barre class, I was hooked. I love that I found a full body, low impact workout, that continues to change my body and challenge me. I became a barre instructor at Equinox in New York City, passionately committed to health and wellness. My enthusiasm for fitness helps motivate my clients to reach their lifestyle goals through physical activity and living a healthy lifestyle.

Strong comes in all shapes and sizes, and I know that no two bodies are the same. I will motivate you to stay committed and consistent, while helping you to improve your health and fitness level. Whether your goal is to lose weight, you are recovering from an injury, or you are looking for a new challenge, my workouts will inspire you, increase your confidence and help strengthen and tone your body.

ZOOMING INTO A NEW FITNESS ERA

We are all moving differently these days, adjusting to new ways of working and working out. That doesn’t mean giving up on your fitness and wellness needs. I offer daily live classes and a library of class recordings. Each class focuses on helping you develop long, lean muscles, improving your balance, and challenging your body. I strive to create a fun class that pushes you past your comfort zone, whether you are a beginner, returning from an injury, or need to change your routine. In my private sessions, I create a personalized approach to help encourage and inspire you to build endurance with the power to surpass your limits.

  • Find me teaching classes on Zoom almost every day. Please e-mail me if you would like to join!

  • Check out my schedule on my Instagram and Facebook stories daily.

  • Class types range from traditional Barre, Barre Sculpt, Circuits, and Cardio & Core.

  • Can’t join live? I record every class, and I am happy to send you a recording.

  • Classes are donation based, so please pay what you can. I appreciate any support you can offer!
